Energy Savings via Miniaturization Technology
STREAMLINER αESG reduces the load on the Compressor!

Air conditioning occupies a large proportion of the business energy consumption. Typically about 85% of the energy of a Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) / Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioner is consumed by the outdoor compressor unit.

The air conditioner’s efficiency largely depends upon how well the cooling refrigerant’s liquefaction (condensation) and vaporization (evaporation) process is taking place in carrying thermal energy between the indoor and outdoor compressor units (i.e., the refrigerant cycle).

αESG is an efficiency device installed in the refrigerant circulation pipe. It is a patented product in Japan that promotes refrigerant cycle circulation through Miniaturization Technology which significantly reduces the compressor load required to achieve the set point temperature. With this, it increases the efficiency of the VRV / VRF air conditioning to save electricity and energy.

FAQ

A: Yes. You can expect reduced power consumption regardless of whether it is a new or old air conditioner.

A: We do not make any modifications to air conditioners.  𝛼𝐸𝑆𝐺 is installed by inserting it into the pipe. There is almost no pressure loss, and the stirring effect can be expected to prevent contamination (precipitation of refrigerating machine oil).

A: Yes, 𝜶𝑬𝑺𝑮 can be used in refrigerators and freezers. However, please ensure that the installation status and specification suits your appliance. Contact us via phone or email for further information.

A: No, you do not need to replace the refrigerant in the air conditioner. 𝛼𝐸𝑆𝐺 can be attached to the piping using the designated refrigerant for air conditioners. Please note that using refrigerants other than those specified, such as natural refrigerants, is not recommended.

A: It may take some time for the refrigerant and compressor oil to be fully mixed and agitated, so you may see the effect after a few days up to 10 days of deployment.

A: Although it can be used for air conditioners with a cooling capacity of less than 5 horsepower, we do not recommend it due to unrealistic cost-effectiveness.

A: Our products come with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. Our products have undergone pressure resistance and ultra-high pressure airtightness tests with a rating of 11Mpa.

A: We believe, in addition to reducing energy consumption and saving power, our system could efficiently prolongs the air conditioner’s lifespan.

A: We measure the electric power of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner and the temperature (humidity) of the outside air, the room, and the air outlet. We take measurements one to three weeks before and after the installation date and mainly compare power consumption before and after installation based on temperature and usage environment changes. We then submit a report.

Remarks: Please note that gas air conditioning (GHP) is difficult to compare, so we do not recommend it for first-time purchases

A: The installation typically takes 4-6 hours per unit, depending on the piping length.

A: We expect the product to have a lifespan of 10 years.
